Today, I got a lot of rest.  In fact, that’s about all I did.  My knee and my shoulder take turn in the contest to see which can hurt the most.  I’m sorry to say the knee is usually the winner.

Bill is filling his days with walks, some geocaching, and assisting me.  I am really trying hard to watch where I’m stepping.  It is a real bore and doesn’t make for interesting things to write in my blog.

Just hang with me and maybe things will improve from all angles.
