I forgot to log yesterday’s cache finds, so I did it this morning. I try not to get behind, but sometimes things happen!
We found a cache at the Whitten Historical Center this morning. It was the only one we found today. We spent nearly an hour tramping around the woods looking for two caches, but came up empty handed. That’s discouraging! But the mosquitos were glad we were there.
After lunch and a nap for Bill, I ventured a request that I knew might cause bodily harm to me. I ask Bill to drive me to Tupelo so I could go to Hobby Lobby. I don’t know if I was being brave or dumb! He gave me a withering look, which didn’t last but a few seconds and then said, “OK.” Whee, that was a close call!
It was hot and muggy today so spending part of the afternoon in an air conditioned car wasn’t too bad an idea! That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
