After Lori and Natalia got back from their yoga class we went to Panera for lunch. The food was very good. We sat outside and had a leisurely visit.
There were several places Lori and I needed to go this afternoon. A thrift store was first on the list, but they weren't taking donations. Ugh!
Our next stop was at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I bought JP a crock pot and a cookbook for his graduation gift. That may sound like a strange gift for a young man, but he does most, if not all, of the cooking in their house. Maybe he takes after his Uncle Brent. Anyway, I thought a crock pot was a good idea. And it might be the beginning of his collection of stories to tell the next generation of family!
We went to Trader Joe's. Lori wanted to send cinnamon bread to Michelle's boys. It is one of their favorites. So...mission accomplished!
We decided we wanted to go to a yogurt shop for our evening nourishment. Lori chose Coco Swirl in Pleasant Hill. There were about a dozen flavors of yogurt and lots of toppings. You are charged by the weight of your cup after everything has been piled on. I had a small amount of three flavors with several kinds of fresh fruit. It was yummy!
I spent the evening packing for my trip to Denver tomorrow and watching Dancing With The Stars.
