Our morning started cold, but as the day progressed, things got warmer. That was nice. Tomorrow is predicted to be even better.
Bill and I had some errands to go on today. It took me longer to put a new bandage over my stitches, so we didn’t get out and about until after 11:00. Before coming back home, we stopped at Arby’s for sandwiches to bring home. By then it was 1:30.
After eating, we both took naps. All that chasing around on icy, snow packed roads can be hard on a couple of old people. We needed to rest.
After eating dinner with Matthew and Conner, we came back home in time to have company...Meredith, Dwaine, and the pups. It was nice having them come for a visit! Dwaine has been taking classes at the community college in Ft. Collins. He had his last two tests yesterday, so he was relaxed on his first day off.
It is hard to believe Christmas is just two weeks away. Oh, I have a lot to do! I’d better get to feeling better!
