8:00 and we were on the caching trail.  The first cache titled “Walk a mile in my right shoe” was in an old right shoe hidden in a bush.  It got us off to a good start.

135 caches later we were finished for the day.  Most of the caches were hidden in a pretty part of this area.  We were at the base of the mountains for the first half of the caches.  The colors of the trees were a beautiful sight.  Much of the second half was through a canyon.

When we got home I took a long nap.  Bonnie made spaghetti for our dinner and we had lots of time to visit before giving farewell hugs to old friends (Todd and Bonnie) and new ones (Eric and Lou).  We plan to continue our westward journey tomorrow.

Today’s Travel Totals:  Geocaches, 136...critter sightings, besides lots of cows and horses, we saw a llama, a donkey, a snake in the rocks where the cache was hidden, a coyote, and a hawk.

It was an interesting day!
