Happy Easter!

Bill fixed a really good breakfast this morning...bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, and orange juice.  That gave us the fuel we needed to go caching.

We drove east of Grenada to the small town of Holcomb.  One of the caches was hidden at the site of an old village.  It is always nice to learn the history of an area.  The next cache took us a mile away to a tiny park.

From there we went on to Oxberry.  It was little more than a bump in the road, but we found two caches in the area.  One was at a very old storm shelter.  It was built in the side of a hill and was all made of metal.  I’m sure in its day it was well used to take cover from tornadoes.  Today the door wouldn’t close, which might be a problem, but certainly more protection that being out in the elements.  Thank goodness, the weather was great today, so we just signed the log.

On our trip back to the motorhome we stopped at Walmart for a few items.  After eating a late lunch at KFC we went home to rest and relax.
