January 19, 2013

January 19, 2013

We stayed home this morning to catch up on some work.  Bill wanted to wash the front of the coach, however, whenever I looked out of the front window he was talking to other RV Forum members.  Hm-m-m-m!

I was working on some of our geocaching things, loading caches in for today.

After lunch, we drove south on Hwy. 95.  The first cache on the GPSs was on a gravel road heading west.  Compared to yesterday’s terrible track, the road today was a desert super highway.  It followed power poles.

We found 20 caches along this road.  They were all easy ones to find.  Our 21st cache was on top of a hill.  It had a fantastic view of the whole area.  There certainly are a lot of RVs parked on all parts of the desert.  It was a fun caching day.

We returned home in time for Happy Hour around a campfire.  Forum members had been arriving all day long.  I didn’t know most of them, but will before the week is over.
