By 10:00 this morning, most of the 2143 motorhomes had left the convention site, so we decided to leave also. We drove north to a tire company that will replace our four back tires tomorrow. We are parking in their lot tonight. There are two other coaches here, also.
We had planned to watch the NASCAR race this afternoon, but it was rained out. They will try again tomorrow.
The temperature this afternoon was 75° and there was a bit of a breeze blowing so it was a good day to go out geocaching. After eating lunch we drove to a town named Dane to do some caching. We found four “treasures.” It was fun being in a town with our name. Less that a 1000 people live in Dane. It is a nice, pleasant little town.
