September 1, 2012

Yikes!  Another month has rolled around.

Michelle, Meredith, Dwaine, and I went to the Habitat for Humanity thrift store.  After donating some things we went in to shop.  This store, in Loveland, is well organized...a huge store.

We drove north to Fort Collins to eat at Arby’s.  While in the area of Hobby Lobby we took advantage to shop there.  We didn’t purchase anything, but did a lot of looking.

After stopping at a sporting goods store and Super Target, we went motorhome looking.  Now, don’t get excited!  It’s not for us.  It’s for Meredith and Dwaine.  There were two Roadtreks they wanted to look at.  Bill and I had a ‘95 Roadtrek and really liked it.  There are so many places in this area of interest and they think an RV might be the way to go.  And of course, they didn’t get any argument from us.

This was a big night for the Dane family.  The University of Oregon played their first football game of the season.  I hope Brent, way over in Mississippi, could hear us here in Colorado cheering for the Ducks.

Lori, out in California, was helping Natalia move some of her things to her apartment in Pasadena.  Her school starts in about three weeks.  Hopefully, we will be in California in time to see her before she starts this new adventure.

I stayed up for the entire game.  It was just about a blowout for Oregon.  They won 57 to 34 over Arkansas State.  Go Ducks!  Yippy, Skippy!
