October 22, 2013---Albuquerque to Jim and Peggy’s, Santa Fe, NM

We left the Sandia Indian Casino parking lot at 12:45 and drove north on I-25 to Santa Fe.

On our way we stopped at a Rest Area for a late lunch.  When we got into Santa Fe, we made a stop at Walmart before calling my brother, Jim.

Jim and Peggy have a beautiful home on the north side of Santa Fe.  They designed it.  They are both very artistic and their talent shows in their house.  It is a work of art.  I love visiting here.  From their porch you can see the city below.  At night, the view is especially nice with all the twinkling lights of Santa Fe.

There is space for our motorhome.  That’s really nice because we can spend time with them, but not be under foot all the time.

Today, we traveled 70 miles and I actually saw some critters.  There were eight buffalo in a corral.  Several of them were babies.
