Happy Birthday, Ron!  Michelle said that their schedule is so hectic they celebrated his birthday on the weekend, but the actual day is today.

I had a really pleasant morning.  I was on the phone with Social Security for a lo-o-o-ng time.  That’s such a fun way to spend a bright, sunshiny day.  Ugh!

We finally got out on the geocaching hunt.  Our first challenge was up a hill and into the woods.  We had to search around for quite a while.  In the process, we found two very old headstones.  They marked the graves of two Tindall family members.  We not only found the markers, but we found the cache.

Our next three caches were in the downtown area of Aberdeen and weren’t very hard to find.  Our last one took us further out of town to a very old cemetery where over 5000 Confederate soldiers were buried.  We are learning so much history about this area.

When we got back to the motorhome the lake in back of us was very calm.  About an hour after getting home another storm blew in.  It wasn’t as strong as yesterday’s storm, but the lake was no longer calm.  Its amazing how quickly the weather can change.
