Happy Father’s Day to all you great dads out there. And for the others...shape up!
Thanks to Michelle for preparing her father a really nice Father’s Day breakfast...sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, and juice. I was invited also, because I’m the one in charge of Big Daddy. As they say, its a tough job, but someone has to do it!
We watched the NASCAR race from Michigan. It was a good way to spend Father’s Day afternoon. Jimmie Johnson won and his two little daughters joined him in the Winner’s Circle. It is always fun to see the children of the drivers.
The weather was nice today, although cloudy later in the afternoon. We sat in Michelle’s backyard and enjoyed the nice weather and played with the dogs. Michelle and Meredith fixed a feast...steak and corn cooked on the grill, and baked potatoes. We are enjoying sitting at the new patio table. It was relaxing and the clouds never did produce any moisture.
