I spent the morning and most of the afternoon working on a craft project. That’s my idea of a good time. Bill was polishing the coach. That’s NOT my idea of a good time. To each his own.
We watched qualifying for tomorrow’s NASCAR race from Dover, Delaware. Mark Martin got the pole. He’s the oldest driver in NASCAR at age 53.
Several days ago I wrote about our search at the boat docks for alligators. The following is an e-mail from our daughter, Meredith, sent to her siblings:
“Two geezers are grounded by their children for tempting fate....
alligator hunting? when did that get on the bucket list? :)”
