August 19, 2015---Oregon City Elks CG

Bill, Todd, and little Lexie went for an early morning walk.  They took a carrot to the llama who lives down the road toward the highway.  The llama didn’t want to eat the carrot while Bill was standing there.  So Bill walked off, Todd put the carrot on a post, and the llama ate the carrot.  So if we are ever attacked by a herd of llamas, we need to be sure that Bill is there to protect us.

I went back to sleep and so did Bonnie.  That’s the best way to deal with a llama, eh!

We invited Todd, Bonnie, and the pups to dinner.  We fixed Chicken Enchiladas in the crock pot.  They were very good, but the crock pot really heated the house up.  The temp today was 100°.  Our one air conditioner was struggling to keep us cool.  We are glad that we have made the decision to have both ACs replaced.

Both dogs wanted a treat.  After a while, I asked them who wanted a treat.  Lexie started turning circles so I asked her where the threats were.  She stopped zooing around and looked at the drawer where I keep them.  She’s one smart little puppy.

As far as I know, we don’t have anything special to do tomorrow.  If it is hot again, I plan to stay inside in front of a fan, and do book work.
