December 9, 2011

We started the day with our yearly medical exams.  Both of us got very good reports...great cholesterol readings, good blood pressure numbers, heart and lungs as they should be, etc. etc. etc.  Everything was normal.  The last time a doctor told Bill I was normal, Bill said, “I’d like a second opinion.”  We still haven’t figured out what is normal for either one of us.

After going to the chiropractor for an adjustment on my left hip, we went caching.  Our finds today were both in an arboretum in Oakland.  We walked down two really nice paths for the caches.  The variety of plants and trees was amazing.

We decided for our viewing enjoyment tonight we would begin watching the original TV series, Zorro.  It is one of our favorite “oldies, but goodies.”
