I spent the morning and part of the afternoon making phone calls, setting up doctor’s appointments, sending for our mail from South Dakota, and paying bills. It wasn’t a whole lot of fun, but it’s all part of life on the road, or anywhere else, for that matter.
Bill and I went for a walk this afternoon. It was sunny, but a cold wind was blowing. That made it not so pleasant. We have hopes of warmer weather and less wind. There are lots of caches in the area we want to try to find.
On our way to Meredith and Dwaine’s, we made a second try to find a cache at a small park. Today we were successful. We took the two of them to a geocaching meeting at a really good barbecue restaurant. We had a good time, but the place was very noisy. We were only able to talk to the person right next to us, but even then it was hard to hear.
